Ed Godin, Chief Executive Officer, President

One of the founders of Continental and a veteran of mining finance, Mr. Godin has extensive knowledge and background in the mining industry. For over 20 years, he has participated in $75 million in financings for exploration projects.


Rui Andrade, CGA, Vice President and CFO

Mr. Andrade has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience. Since August 2005, Mr. Andrade has been the corporate controller for the Triple M Metal group of companies, one of North America’s largest processors of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with business interests in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia and Mexico.


Michael Bromley-Challenor, Executive VP/Director of Exploration and Dev.

An expert in uranium and oil shales, Mr. Bromley-Challenor has 35 years of experience as an exploration consultant in Sweden and related projects in Europe. Since early 2005, Mr. Bromley-Challenor has been responsible for the company’s project management in Sweden.


Björn Sundblad, Executive VP/Director of Environmental Management

Mr. Sundblad has more than 30 years experience with nuclear power, environmental assessment and mine remediation, including stints with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and Sweco, an international consulting engineering firm. For Continental Precious Minerals, Mr. Sundblad carries out ongoing environmental testing and field surveys on our mineral licences, completes environmental assessments and meets with local communities.

Mr. Gerald A. Harron, M.Sc., P.Eng.

Gerald Harron is an Economic Geology graduate (M.Sc.) of the University of Western Ontario and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.


Eugene Puritch, P.Eng.

Eugene Puritch is President of P&E Mining Consultants and is licensed by the Professional Engineers of Ontario and registered with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists as a Senior Engineering Technologist. He has 30 years of experience in mining engineering and operations.


Andrew H. Phillips,CEng, PrSciNat

Andrew Phillips is a consulting economic geologist, a Fellow of the Institution of Materials, Mining and Metallurgy, London; a Fellow of the Geological Society, London; a Chartered Engineer in the UK, and a Professional Registered Natural Scientist in the Republic of South Africa. Mr. Phillips has more than 30 years of geological experience around the world, particularly, Europe, Africa and Asia.
